Back and Muscle Care was opened to start helping the endless amounts of people in Sydney CBD who are struggling with neck pain, back pain and general tension, stiffness and discomfort anywhere In their body.
We noticed, even with the endless amount of clinics around, people would come in to get a massage, feel good for a day and then go back to feeling the way they were.
We wanted to stop this trend by understanding the many underlying causes leading to your tension and discomfort rather than just laying you down and digging into muscles in the hope it will give you relief.
We’ve made it our goal to not only give you the relief your after but also help you understand your issue so you can prevent it so you can do whatever you want without pain or the worry of pain!
Chiropractor and Owner
Dr Mark is the owner of Back and Muscle Care Massage as well as Spine and Posture Care Chiropractic Clinics. He graduated with a Masters of Chiropractic from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Medical Science majoring in Human Anatomy, physiology and neurobiology.
He has been treating and educating patients in Sydney CBD for multiple years and has a passion for treating spinal problems, postural correction and rehabilitation.
Mark is a corporate health speaker addressing staff of companies in Sydney on poor posture, how to improve it and overall body health and has been featured in the Sunday Telegraph on the effects of poor posture to the body.
Remedial Massage Therapist
Francesco has been working as a remedial massage therapist for 8 years. Growing up in Italy he always had a passion for anatomy and how the body works and graduated as a physiotherapist back home.
After moving to Australia he quickly completed his studies as a remedial massage therapist and has worked all around Sydney doing what he loves.
Francesco take the time to do a detailed consultation and examination to find out the exact issues causing your muscular pain so he can help give you quick and effective pain relief.
